Location

The clinic is located at 2225 Enterprise Dr., Suite 2505,  Westchester, IL 60154.

The clinic is located in the office complex across the street from the Fresh Meadow's Golf Practice Center on Cermak Rd. (22nd Street).

Directions from the North

Take I-294 (Tollway) South to the Cermak Rd. Exit. Make sure you are in the right lane as you approach the exit as it comes up fast and is guarded by a toll stop. Continue east on Cermak Rd. for approx. 1/4 mile and turn Right into the first driveway you see. This driveway is just before the stop light on Enterprise Dr. If you miss the driveway, continue the 1/2 block to the light and turn right. proceed to the parking lot nearest Suite ????. (See aerial photo below).

Alternatives to the tollway are York Rd. and Route 83 (to Cermak Rd, then follow directions from the west), or Wolf Rd. or Mannheim Rd/Route 45 (to Cermak Rd., then follow directions from the east).

Directions from the East

Take Cermak Rd. west past Wolf Rd. to the traffic light at Enterprise Dr. Turn Left and proceed to the parking lot (See aerial photo below).

You could also take  I-290 east to Wolf Rd., then south to Cermak Rd. and then  turn right. It is also possible to take I-55 (the Stevenson Expy) east to I-294 north, to the Ogden Ave exit, then follow directions from the south.

Directions from the South

Take 1-294 (Tollway) North to the Ogden Ave. exit. Proceed East (just a little under a mile) to Wolf Rd. then turn Left. Proceed North past 31st St. and turn Left onto Cermak Rd. Then follow directions from the east.

Alternatives to the tollway are LaGrange (Mannheim) Rd/Route 45 or Route 83 to Cermak Rd.

Directions from the West

Take Cermak Rd (22nd St.) east. Continue east on Cermak Rd. for approx. 1/4 mile and turn Right into the first driveway you see. This driveway is just before the stop light on Enterprise Dr. If you miss the driveway, continue the 1/2 block to the light and turn right. proceed to the parking lot nearest Suite ????.
